Where’s my order?
If you have received your tracking number, it’s on the way! Please follow up with UPS.com to locate it.
If you have not yet received your tracking number, please allow us 1-2 business days to pick and pack your order. Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, closed on weekends and stat holidays. If you have selected Standard Shipping, it may take up to 3-5 business days to ship. If it is past this amount of time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond promptly!
How long will it take once it is shipped?
We use fast and secure shipping with UPS. Ship time depends on your selection upon ordering. Standard shipping should take 3 to 5 business days.
Two-day shipping should take 1 to 2 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused after it has left the warehouse.

Do you ship to Canada. Mexico or Overseas?
You are currently on the US webshop site, which does not ship across border at this time.

What’s your return policy?
Not happy with your order? You have 30 days to return items, no reason required. Cancellation period expires 30 days after the package is received (as per tracking). Returned item must have never been worn and all original labels and tags on it. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges via a traceable carrier of their choice. Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email that your refund has been processed.
I prefer to shop in stores, where can I find FRAAS?
We’re in hundreds of department stores and boutiques across North America. It’s easiest if you send us an email at email@example.com or fill out our contact form with the general area you’re looking to shop, and we’ll let you know a few stores around that carry our collections. Keep an eye out for the thistle.

OK you caught us. We currently don’t have our throws online, but we’re working on it soon. If you’re interested, send us an email at email@example.com or fill out our contact form and we can send you info on our available throws.

You will find the newsletter registration at the bottom of the homepage. You will receive a newsletter about new products, promotions and trends.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the end. Simply click on it, make your selection and you are unsubscribed.
