Orders placed between Monday-Thursday 8am to 4pm, Fridays 8am-12pm (excluding holidays) will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We use fast and secure shipping with UPS, leaving from our warehouse located in Plattsburgh, NY. The above days begin when your package has been picked up by the courier. They are based on UPS guarantee, though time to receive may also depend on unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, ship to address).
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive another email with shipping information and your tracking number. Simply click on the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment as it is in transit. Please note that the initial shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (UPS) has picked up your package from our distribution center.
If the tracking information states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check your community mailbox, with property managers, or apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you, but FRAAS USA does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact UPS.com to track the issue and file a claim with them directly.

Do you ship to Canada or Overseas?
